One bite and me and my girlfriend made up our minds that we would be coming back the next day. This place is as good as it gets for Mexican. Many Mexican places are good and decent for dinner, but the food never blows you away. This place is exceptionally good. I highly recommend the molcajete. I am bulking currently so I down the whole thing, but if you get an appetizer this thing could easily feed 2 people and you get to try all of their staples. The staff is also so friendly. We ate here with a party of 12 before the OSU National Championship, and they joked with us about the game. When I went today my server remembered that I like very spicy salsa and brought me out an experimental salsa recipe they were trying out in the kitchen. Everything was lights out good again.
An absolute darling of a place to get some of the best Mexican food! The staff were all very nice and they are fancy with how they put out water with lemons which was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend the street tacos, especially since they have lengua which can be hard to find. Plus the horchata is music and feels like drinking a churro straight. My wife had their fried quesodilla and said, 'It was the best thing I've ever tasted.'
Wife and I stopped in today for lunch and it was amazing. Food was so good and tasted so fresh, light and not greasy. I got the Enchiladas and wife got the fajitas. It was by leaps and bounds the best Mexican food we have had in the area. Atmosphere is also great small and friendly staff. Will be making this place a regular!
Amazing Huevos Rancheros! Wonderful service! I am excited to visit again to try more of the menu! Edit: went back again and had verde enchiladas, chiles rellenos, pambazo, and a piece of tres leches. All amazing! Especially the pambazo! The pictures should speak for themselves. We also met one of the owners and had such a great chat. We will definitely be back often! Edit edit: adding more photos of the unique things we get as we frequent this place. Love it! Had mole chicken and rice.
I absolutely loved my burrito from here, as did my friend! Their guacamole was excellent too. One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to in Dayton.
I had the beef burrito and the wife had chicken. We both enjoyed our meals and enough leftover for another later. This was a nice hidden gem in the area.

A friend and i 'met in the middle' of the distance between our homes for lunch. We wanted to go somewhere we'd never been and love supporting hometown businesses. So glad we chose this authentic Mexican restaurant that just opened in 2023! Rosie was so sweet and hospitable. The atmosphere was clean and the food superb! We will definitely tell others to go and will also return ourselves!
